HAPPY EASTER...I THINK

Did anyone else have a morning like this? With Jeff gone on sunday mornings, getting ready is such a challenge! Parker was on one! He was sooooo cranky, so taking a good picture was pretty much out of the question. Then, I couldn't find Coopers church shoes (we're already late),and they turn up in the backyard caked in mud! So, next resort...his tennis shoes. Well, those are at the neighbors house 3 doors down from us in the backyard being eaten by their dog! And I only found one. So, we resorted to his sandals. Yep, nice easter outfit with sandals. Sometimes I feel like...why do I even try? I didn't hear one thing during sacrament meeting, but then Jeff took Parker home so I could at least get something out of easter sunday. Seriously, I was exhausted by the end of the day! I'm sure you have all had a few days like this.....right?

I LOVE MY BOYS!!!!

I love that my boys play so well together now. I have so much fun watching them wrestle, or just sit in the laundry basket and laugh at each other. I love being a mom...it's times like these that make it all worth it.

So Much Snow!

We have a ton of snow this year! We got a foot of snow in that last big storm, and we get really bad snow drifts from all the wind too. Pretty amazing hu! It's fun for a while, but I can't wait for it to melt and be gone. The other day Cooper said to me "Mom, I want the snow to go away". It's has definately been a long winter!

Bean Museum

The bean museum is a regular activity of ours (especially when it's presidents day, and jumpin jacks was so full you couldn't even move in there), so we decided to go see all the cool animals that we've seen a million times... but it never gets old to cooper. Parker is so cute right now, he gets so excited when he sees animals, he tries to make the sounds they all make. I love my boys! Thanks for coming with us Greg, Becky & kids...it was a party! Oh, and yes, Cooper does have his hand in the nose of a buffalo, all because he'll do anything Jeff tells him to do.

HAPPY 70TH POPS!

We went to Joe Veras (my dads favorite) to celebrate my his 70th birthday! All my brothers and sister came (we missed you raelyn & elin), and we had so much fun being with my awesome dad. I hope he had a great day, and got enough cabellas gift cards to buy his new fly rod. I love you dad..thanks for teaching me to love the outdoors, and how to be so giving and generous to everyone! Your amazing!!!

I've Been Purse Tagged!

This is kind of a fun little game. Thanks for the tag Angie...my purse needed to be cleaned out anyway. It's funny that I carry this stuff around every day, and never use half of it. Random things...too many eyedrops, dramamine(in case I go on a roller coaster or something)lots of chapstick/lipstick, a spiderman figure? Kinda funny! I am tagging Becky J., Lisa R., Mel, Brianna, and Kathy. Have fun!

SICK BABY!

Anybody else sick of winter? Sick of staying inside and trying to find things for your kids to do? Sick of having sick kids? We found out last thursday that Parker has RSV! On top of that he has double eye and ear infections! So they put him on some antibiotic that makes him have diareah and an upset stomach....bring it on!!! I have missed church for a month now, and am looking forward to another month missed. He is doing much better though, and is back to being his happy self (for the most part). I am so ready for a vacation...somewhere warm and tropical! I envy everyone who has been able to go somewhere like this in the middle of winter---I'm so jealous! So, if anyone has any fun ideas for things I can do inside with my kids...that would be great! I'll survive somehow!
